I got the following result:

; ./autogen.sh

Checking for autoconf (need at least version 2.65)...
ok
Checking for automake (need at least version 1.11)...
ok
Your system has the required tools, running autoreconf...
Can't exec "libtoolize": No such file or directory at /usr/bin/autoreconf line 189.
Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/bin/autoreconf line 189.
You can now run `./configure'.

Apparently, that is a successful run despite the errors?
