When I send XXX-done messages to @emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com, bug XXX
is not closed. In fact, I don't get any kind of answer from Emacsbug.
Sending control messages to control@emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com does
work, though. Also, I can open new bugs as usual.
In all cases I'm using the same e-mail address (this one, from Gmail).
Any idea of what is happening? (I wrote to Don, but it seems like he's
off-line right now.)

Send me the message-id of the messages which you've sent to -done, and
the approximate time you've sent them, and I'll take a look and see
what has happened.

I've had a similar problem: in recent days, some mails sent to
control@emacsbugs just disappear into thin air, with no reply of any
kind. Eg

Your message didn't have a subject, so hit some of the anti-spam rules
that trigger on that.

None of the messages I've sent to the control server have ever had a
subject, there being no point. Now, like a good spammer, I shall add
something to avoid the filter.

Until now, lost messages were of the form XXX-done@. However, visiting
bug#250 on the bug tracker, this message is missing:
Message-ID: <f7ccd24b0901121237i62129bb2vc2e8d7216b7f92d5@mail.gmail.com>
Date: Mon, 12 Jan 2009 21:37:47 +0100
Cc: 250@emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com
However, this message for bug#1020, sent six hours later, does appear
in the bugtracker:
