Some hours ago I answered Stefan about bug 1013 which he had just closed.
This answered has not yet shown up. Is that perhaps because you can
not answer to closed bugs?

No, you can reply to closed bugs unless they are already archived. The
problem is that emacsbugs.donarmstrong.com seems to be down currently.

I've got a ticket out to get this fixed; it'll be up at 2200 PDT at
the latest today. (and should be up earlier.)
