I got the folllwiong compilation error message while buillding
emacs EMACS_22_BASE on Mac OS X 10.4.11/ppc.
macterm.c: In function 'XDrawLine':
macterm.c:422: error: 'kCGBitmapByteOrder32Host' undeclared (first use in this function)
macterm.c:422: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once

make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
