The emacs-diffs mailing list needs a change.
It needs to show changes in the EMACS_22_BASE branch
(which may get renamed to EMACS_22_RC)
as well as changes in the trunk.
We should have given you warning about this,
but we did it abruptly. We would like a fix for this
as soon as possible.

I guess a note to this effect could also be added to make-tarball.txt.

I configured log_accum to send diffs for HEAD, EMACS_22_BASE and
EMACS_22_RC.
I'm not sure this was already tested with multiple branches, so let me
know if there's an issue.
