The didit 7 on Numeric keypad can't input into Emacs by using Numeric keypad

Dear Kenichi and others,

I meet a strange thing:  if I want to input the digit 7 (seven) into emacs by
using Numeric keypad, I find its impossible.  But the other digits can be inputed by this way.

What do you mean by "impossible"?  Doesn't Emacs show any
error message?  What is shown when you type C-h c 7?

Please answer the question asked by Handa-san: What is shown when you
type `C-h c 7'?

(Actually, I would have asked: What is displayed by `C-h k <kp-7>'?)
