C-v is bound to scroll-up on line 7410 of window.c (unless somebody
edited that file in the meantime, changing the line number).
C-z is bound to suspend-emacs on line 11495 of keyboard.c (same caveat).
That binding gets overridden on window systems on:
line 1063 of mac-win.el
line 1047 of w32-win.el and
line 1166 of x-win.el (same caveats).
All of this is not that difficult to find. Just grep in the lisp and
src directories for scroll-up and suspend-emacs.
