 Platform: Recent Cygwin Snapshot   (cygwin 1.5.20s(0.155/4/2) 20060614
CVS EMACS: June 20th, 2006


I got a successfull build with this combination.  It appears that the mutex error that I was getting with cygwin's current releast 5.19 has been resolved with the newer version.  This improvement should be in any newer cygwin dll releases made soon.
