Not that many MS Windows users seem to be familiar with that string and if Microsoft removed it from the menu bars of Internet Explorer and other applications, that seems to make that string obsolete. Other things like the arrow with question mark cursor, the question mark on the title bar and the S-F1 binding are apparently still supported.
