BTW, it should be @NAME@ or $NAME$, because I want to support:

  {N}th
  {INDEX}es
  {SLOT}s
  make-{NAME}
  {NAME}-p

(the part between {} is highlighted).  All of them do happen now (see
defstruct, for example).
