Has anyone taken a look at this?

Subject: Fake cursors.

The following probably is a small bug in display. Do:
emacs-21.3.50 -q --eval '(blink-cursor-mode 0)' &
C-x 5 2
Then put the two frames on the screen so that they do not overlap.
C-h i
Put the cursor on the "T" right after *Menu: in:
* Menu: The list of major topics begins on the next line.
by clicking with mouse-1.
Click on the other frame. Then click, with mouse-1, on the "d" of dir in:
File: dir Node: Top This is the top of the INFO tree
(If you accidentally click somewhat too low, the bug may not show up.)
We now have both a real and a fake cursor. It is possible to create
as many fake cursors as you like this way. The problem is however not
too bad: a simple C-l makes all of the fake cursors disappear, with
only the real one remaining.
Sincerely,
Luc.
