Hello,
GNU Emacs 21.3.50 (Latest CVS) build fails on W2K using MinGW32 gcc
compiler.
cmd>gmake bootstrap
....
....

Loading vc-cvs (source)...
Key sequence M - g uses invalid prefix characters
