Richard,
thanks for adding GROFF_NO_SGR to man.el -- unfortunately, it still
doesn't work. If I use `setenv GROFF_NO_SGR=1' everything is OK.
It seems that the man process (or man's subprocess which calls groff
or groff's subprocess which calls grotty) doesn't receive this
environment variable.
