The language code of Swedish is "sv", not "se", in ISO 639.

I think we should change the file name TUTORIAL.se to
TUTORIAL.sv.

By the way, there's no ChangeLog entry for this file.

I have no objection to this change. It is probably a good one but I
know to little about language codes to really be certain.

Do not forget to change the list of translators accordingly - I can not
remember the exact name of that file - should be in
etc/TUTORIAL.something_long.

Done in etc/TUTOTRIAL.translators.  Thank you for pointing
it out.
