The redisplay bug connected to setting `scroll-conservatively' to a
non-zero value is still there.

I'm now getting it while editing a HTML file with the standard
`html-mode' from sgml-mode.el. In some cases Emacs enters an (apparently
endless) loop while scrolling down. The backtrace from C-g says just:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (quit)
  recursive-edit()
  byte-code("Æ\b!^[,HG^[(B ^[,HH	^[(B!^[,H\^[(Bn^[,C?
  debug(error (quit))

Also, while scrolling down sometimes the hollow cursor shape has been
partly drawn over the mode-line:

   --
  |XX| This is the (partially shown) last line of the current buffer
--|  |----------------------------------------------------------------
  |  |  This is the mode-line
   --

The upper part of the cursor is filled, and the lower part is hollow.
