(y/n) The other questions about saving all involve answering y if you want to save. For consistency, this one should too. Before asking those questions on exit, Emacs could display a single window in the frame where the user typed C-x C-c, with the list of all unsaved buffers, possibly in different columns for those with and without an associated file. That could be a useful feature. It could also list the executing processes, if any (Emacs will ask about them too). It could show you ALL the reasons why you might not want to exit yet.
