If not, please try that and tell us if it helps you. To the others: Bob is a very capable user, for a non-hacker. If he has trouble doing something, that means it is hard; if Bob doesn't understand the documentation, it must be quite unclear. Making documentation clear to Bob does not guarantee it is good, but that is a necessary minimum requirement.
