Note that you can also use (eval-after-load 'foo-package '(munge foo))
which will also work if someone does (load "/bla/bla/foo-package")
or (load "foo-package.elc").
On the other hand, it only works if the corresponding package correctly
does (provide 'foo-package) at the end.
