make bootstrap on a fresh cvs checkout fails because
calc-loaddefs.el doesn't appear to get generated

I just noticed that someone wrote about the same problem a little while.
I just tried doing a fresh checkout, and 'configure; make bootstrap" did
generate calc-loaddefs.el. Perhaps there has been a (very) recent fix.
