A while ago I pointed out some missing links in the online Emacs manual:

and was advised to report the matter here.
I think I can commit changes for the web pages, just like I can for source
code (I can certainly check the web pages out of CVS).
Shall I do this or should all changes go through Ramprasad B? I'm only
looking at making changes to the online manuals:
1) Add missing links
2) Change links to manuals e.g to http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/
instead of http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/emac.html which contains
entire manual on one page (2MB).
3) Allow user to browse Lisp Reference Manual one page at a time.
etc
