Url.el has no direct variabl= e to=20 set the User-agent. But if you set `url-privacy-level' to `paranoid' n= o User- agent is sent at all. The function `url-http-user-agent-string' is use= d to=20 create the User-agent string. You should be able to override it, to se= nd=20 whatever User-agent string you prefer.
