Nope, it still doesn't work for me. Checked out a fresh copy from CVS. I am
using Windows XP. Configured with

 ./configure.bat --prefix "C:\Tools\Emacs" --with-msvc --no-debug

 nmake bootstrap fails with the following error message:

 cd ..\leim
        nmake  all
