I get some bug reports for the xwidgets branch from users, in particular
for the Webkit support. Currently I just document them in a file called
README.xwidgets, but its getting unwieldy.
Could a new package in the tracker, similar to cc-mode or ns, be made
for xwidgets?

Package = emacs-xwidgets, maintainer = you.
Presumably xwidgets reports should not appear on bug-gnu-emacs, so only
use the "emacs-xwidgets" package, not "emacs,emacs-xwidgets".
