I was writing to whomever considers such a rearrangement, and your message did at first say that you "generally agree" with it. It is unfortunate that so many messages on this list, including in this thread, lately became so long and wordy that I cannot afford reading more than their first page (my pages are 40-line long), and consequently sometimes miss major points that are beyond that. I'm embarrassed to raise this issue, but I'd really ask people to try to write more concisely and exercise will power to omit minor points. Sorry if this sounds inappropriate, but it bugs me for quite some time now.
