Shouldn't the message "You can run the command..." be logged in *Messages*?

It can happen when you see this message that you quickly hit RET and do
something else after entering the command name, so that the message disappears
before you can read it. Even though you might notice the brief display, you
might not be able to read what the binding is.

You can use `C-h w' to find the binding, of course, but some new users might not
know about that. And it's possible to not really see what the message was about
(binding) even when you notice that there was a message. (And you might not want
to re-execute the command to see the message, because of the command's effect.)

How about logging this message in *Messages*?
