A documentation bug noted on the nxml list.
BTW maybe nxml and rng should be included in Emacs?

James is doing what he have to do for that, I think. He just give
the copyright to the FSF. But it will not in the next release. See
the nXML ML archive (or the Changelog file from the 20041012
realase ?) for details.
