If you do have it installed, I'm guessing that `egrep' there is a Unix shell script, and Windows doesn't know how to run it. I suggest to write a batch file egrep.cmd, with these two lines: @echo off grep -E %* put it somewhere on your PATH, and then M-TAB should work for you. Did it?
