* printing bytecode in backtraces

Would it be reasonable/feasible for Lisp backtraces to use escapes
when printing bytecode?  That would make backtraces more sanitary for
mailing and stop them screwing xterms when the sometimes get dumped to
them, but I don't know whether it would stop useful things working,
such as disassembling printed bytecode.
