Thanks; I think I see what's going on now. Does it work in 22.1.90 if
you add:

(setq rmail-movemail-program "d:/emacs/emacs-22.1.90/bin/movemail.exe")

to your setup?

Without doing that, does this patch fix it? (Apply to rmail.el in
22.1.90, recompile the file, restart Emacs.)
