I notice that when one hits a comma during query-replace, there is no
change in the minibuffer, etc. to tell the user exactly what state
emacs is in.
The user must be well aware of all states during a long query-replace
or dired-do-query-replace-regexp session, as one accidental wrong
keystroke could mean starting over...
Anyways, consider you hit or don't hit a comma, then go to another
window for a half an hour, then come back. Do you remember if you hit
that comma or not? Must you examine if you have already replaced
6969996996699669 with 6969996996969669 to make sure?
