Hallo,
I wrote a small package, mostly mimicking the LaTeX Calendar package,
to create an html calendar with the personal diary entries.
I find it useful, so I thought of contributing it.
Please tell me what to do next.

I assume you are speaking of Emacs-Lisp code to do what you describe.
1. You could propose its inclusion in a future version of Emacs (but
probably not the soon-to-be-released 22.1).
2. Or you could contribute it to Emacs Wiki:
http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki/ElispArea - to post a Lisp file.
http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki/SiteMap - main page
3. Or you could send it to gnu-emacs-sources@gnu.org.
You can do more than one of the above. I'd recommend doing at least #2.
(bug-gnu-emacs is not the right list for this, BTW.)

Does it work with the Emacs calendar facility? If so, please send it
to the maintainer, Glenn Morris. (I will send you his email in
another message.) He might want to add it to Emacs.
Aside from that, the official place to post Emacs Lisp packages for
users is gnu-emacs-sources@gnu.org. Please post your package there.
