Hello,

I was informed my email address causes
Gnus to flag a warning as follows:

Hmm, I get (message-bogus-recipient-p "Van L <van@scratch.space>") ;=> nil

And I didn't get any warning when I sent the previous message.

Thank you for looking into it.

Sorry, the problem is peculiar to Emanuel Berg's mailclient

  User-Agent: Gnus/5.13 (Gnus v5.13) Emacs/24.4 (gnu/linux)

but I reported from my mailclient which put you on the wrong path from 26.2.

Ah, I believe this bug is fixed by [1: 762986c9d3], which is in 26.1.

OK, I just upgraded to Emacs 25 [1], however it
seems that Gnus is at the same version:
Gnus v5.13

Just the same, I'll mail again now and see
what happens.

Yeah, still the same:

    Address ‘van@scratch.space’ might be bogus.
    Continue? (y or n)

I suppose the Gnus people also got the
bug report?

    (arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf, GTK+ Version
3.22.11) of 2017-09-16, modified by Debian

Yes. I reported the bug according to the
1995 vintage gnus-tut.txt emailtip

  please type `M-x gnus-bug'

in /usr/pkg/share/emacs/26.1/etc/gnus-tut.txt on *bsd
