bug#18757: 24.4; Intermittent screen flicker since upgrading to OS X 10.10

Just confirmed that disabling the scroll bar makes it go away. The flicker is
pretty hard to see with the default theme; it looks much worse with
high-contrast themes. It's always just one flicker per window switch--is that
you're seeing?
