Moving forward/backward by weeks is very useful.  

Having a menu entry to discover that this capability exists, and find
out what the key bindings are.

I remember adding such menu entries at some point, but they don't seem
to be present anymore...

There are already some week moving commands in the Goto menu.

Is this worth it?  Do users care about the subtle difference between
scrolling and moving point?
