On a switch-to-buffer I'm getting an error
and the following backtrace

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (void-function args1)
  args1((internal-complete-buffer (lambda (&rest --cl-rest--) (apply #[... "\b:=3fff83\n
  apply-partially(completion-table-with-predicate internal-complete-buffer (lambda (&rest --cl-rest--) (apply #[... "\b:=3fff83\n
  internal-complete-buffer-except()
  read-buffer-to-switch("Switch to buffer: ")
  (list (read-buffer-to-switch "Switch to buffer: "))
  call-interactively(switch-to-buffer nil nil)

problem occurs in cvs updated a few minutes ago

I guess the move of apply-partially has something to do with this?

Fixed by adding compile-time require for `cl'.
