Is user-size a special frame parameter? The Emacs Lisp manual documents
user-position, but there are numerous occurrences of user-size in the
*.el files (usually specified in conjunction with user-position).
If user-size is a special frame parameter, it should be documented in
the manual and it should probably be specified everywhere width and/or
height is specified.
Of the special frame parameters documented in the manual, only
cursor-type and screen-gamma (actually "gamma correction") have index
entries pointing to the Window Frame Parameters node.
