Hello.
When I try to use `emacs -nw`, and then `M-x linum-mode RET` I got the
following error:

In GUI that's work fine.
My system is:
GNU Emacs 24.4.50.1
Debian 7.6
SMP Debian 3.2.57-3+deb7u2 x86_64 GNU/Linux
gcc (Debian 4.7.2-5) 4.7.2
libc6 2.13-38
I compile and install as suggested at wiki
(http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/EmacsSnapshotAndDebian).

I cannot reproduce this with today's Emacs trunk. Does this happen to
you with "emacs -Q -nw"? If not, please try to prepare the simplest
reproducible recipe starting with "emacs -Q -nw".
Also, please use the technique described in the node "Crashing" in the
Emacs user manual to produce file names and line numbers from the
backtrace you reported.
Thanks.

With -Q option it's not reproduced.
I use Evil plugin.

OK, then please describe how to reproduce this from "emacs -Q", and
include loading of Evil and any setup in the recipe.
The backtrace from your crashes with file names and function names
will also help.
