Hi,

Emacs 25.3.1 was an emergency release to fix a security vulnerability.
The fix for this bug was included in the master branch at that time; that 
means you will see the fix once Emacs 26.1 be released.  I think you
don't need to wait very long to see that release: i guess people are 
planning to release it soon.
