Sorry, I don't follow you. The doc says that if the window is dedicated and alone in its frame then the frame is deleted (provided it is not the only frame). And the doc (now) presumably describes prefix-arg behavior. But a prefix arg is ignored when the window is dedicated and alone etc. That info too needs to be provided, e.g. in the doc describing prefix-arg behavior. If you've now done that, fine.
