Problem is that I have deleted it.

I have tried deleting now and did not see the problem. But before 1-2
days that was the problem. So it probably depends on package-desc
receiving nil.

My MELPA review is long and I did not finish. There are packages
accepted but badly written, it could be that.

Don't know what to do, currently I have deleted so many packages and
would need to repeat whole process with many packages to find
particular one.

Next time I will note the name of package.

Maybe we shall close this bug. If I find it next time, I will re-open
it.
