I've just downloaded and built emacs version 21.3.
It seems to work ok except that I can't access the menu bar (at least not with
the mouse - is there a key combination that will do it?)
Did I make a mistake building emacs? Perhaps I
should have specified some options/flags when I invoked ./configure. Can you
help?
