Keymaps have nothing to do > with this. Agreed, because I switched to the Emacs Lisp Manual instead of the Emacs Ma= nual. A straighforward way is to describe the keybindings immediately in "8.3 Edi= ting in the Minibuffer" then refer to 8.3 when you get to "8.5 Minibuffer History". And not the ot= her way round.
