Is there some way to have report-emacs-bug use my email client?) The info in the splash screen if available by Help > About Emacs. However, you cannot select text in that buffer, and you cannot even access that buffer without Help > About Emacs. That display is temporary, and disappears if you click in it. (This is annoying.) It would be useful to be able to select text like the Emacs version info there. Yes, I realize that command emacs-version gives you this info, and you can get the message text from it in *Messages*, but some people don't know about either the command or *Messages*. Is there a good reason folks cannot really access the splash-page info?
