M-x epa-insert-keys pops up a buffer for selecting keys. C-c C-c
ought to work to finish the selection and proceed, as it is the usual
way to do this in Emacs.
It looks like C-M-c actually does proceed, but it gives no indication
of doing so, and that us confusing.
In GNU Emacs 24.0.92.1 (mips64el-unknown-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.12.12)
of 2011-12-06 on theobromine2
