Subject: CC Mode 5.28 (C++); C++ uppercase manipulator misinterpreted as switch label
Date: Wed, 14 Apr 2004 15:25:57 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <E1BDlKv-0005Mf-HA@cheese.dev.bluearc.com> (raw)
This C++ snippet receives incorrect indentation:
void Foo()
{
os << std::uppercase << std::hex;
// This line gets statement-case-intro
}
The problem appears to be here (in cc-langs.el):
;; Regexp describing a switch's case or default label for all languages
(defconst c-switch-label-key "\\(\\(case[( \t]+\\S .*\\)\\|default[ \t]*\\):")
It sees a case label where there is none. I think something like a \< at
the start of the regexp should fix it.
