This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
not to your local site managers!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.

Your bug report will be posted to the bug-gnu-emacs@gnu.org mailing list,
and to the gnu.emacs.bug news group.

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I was using edirs to diff a directory tree. I was able to
successfully diff a good number of directories and files when I
started quitting sessions to end the sessions (I had accumulated
around 90 sessions). After I had quit a few, I pressed 'q' to quit
another, and emacs just disappeared. This has happened to me a
number of times now. I had been using emacs 21.1 and just upgraded to
21.3.1 hoping that it would be fixed, but the behavior is the same.

I'm not quite sure what other info to provide that would be helpful,
but I'm more than happy to send whatever you need and I'd be happy to
try whatever you suggest that might help debug the problem.

Thanks.
