Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
There is no documentation on the 'shell-command' function in the Elisp info
pages. I thought to find it in the Processes section because there is a Shell
Arguments subsection in it, but it is not the case. I think it is an
oversight.
