Please wrap the introductory lines of *Help*, so that they are not
longer than the standard maximum.

Code that fits a frame to its buffer measures line length, and a very
long first line leads to wasted frame space.

Here is an example, with C-h f:

some-very-very-long-function-name is an interactive compiled Lisp function
in `some-very-long-library-name.el'.

Currently, that text all appears on the same line. Please wrap it to the
standard max length.

In GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)
 of 2007-06-02 on RELEASE
Windowing system distributor `Microsoft Corp.', version 5.1.2600
configured using `configure --with-gcc (3.4) --cflags -Ic:/gnuwin32/include'
