The bug report to which you responded is quite old, and about an old Emacs version. As result of that and other similar discussions, we added several features to Emacs. So please state your Emacs version, and please describe the particular use case where you need to invoke tags-loop-continue. Specifically, what command starts the tags based loop in your case?
