Hmm... I've tried the latest csharp-mode, but now you cannot indent the
whole buffer anymore!
It prints out the message `up-list: At top level`, not sure what that
means. And every command
regarding indentation is not working, e.g., indent-for-tab-command,
newline, newline-and-indent, etc.

Any thoughts?
